A three room 16th century apartment (80m2)in the very heart of the City in Old Town (Gåsgränd 1). There is walking distance to several attractions and 100m to the metro. Cosy cafés, Restaurants, shopping, cultural attractions and the Royal Castle around the corner, all within walking distance.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with two separate bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms with possibility to put in 2 extra beds. In the living room you have the possibility to use the King size sofa as an extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Bathroom with shower. Bed linens and towels are included.
No smoking, no pets and no shoes inside the apartment!
As in most buildings in Old Town, there is no elevator. If you have a child between 5-9 years old you will get 30% discount. Children over 5 years are considered adults.
The landlord request a refundable security deposit of 300 € for the apartment.
