The lower level consists of living room with fully fitted open space kitchen and loggia access, bedroom, and shower bathroom with toilet. The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there is the second bedroom with study area, bathroom with corner bath tub, and storage room. The apartment boasts high quality materials, wood floors and wood beams.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
The prices include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels.
We can arrange a welcome pack, especially convenient if you are scheduled to arrive at time when supermarkets are closed. Please note that our apartment includes a supply of sugar, salt and pepper in grinders, coffee and tea bags. You can order your choice of welcome pack with basic food and beverage when completing an inquiry for accommodation. You will pay the real cost of the welcome pack + 10 EUR for the delivery.
Full service housekeeping every 4 days (included in the price).
Additional housekeeping (only cleaning) available for 25 EUR.
Free of charge baby-cot on request.
Children up to 3 years - free of charge.
20% mark-up for 1 or 2 night stays. Must be confirmed by our reservation department.
Check-in is at 14h00 and check-out is at 11h00.
Guests can check-in starting at 14h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is vacant on the previous night.

Please notice, during our peak season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
Check-in is from 14h00 onwards, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is empty on the previous night.
