This very nice three rooms apartment (84 square meters) is located in the region Södermalm. The apartment lies on the 4th floor, has a balcony with table and chairs. The apartment has two bedrooms, one is 12 sq.m and the other one 20 sq.m. There is one double bed 140 cm, 2 beds 90 cm and 1 extra bed can be arranged.
In the apartment there is a big living room with TV, Vcr and Stereo, kitchen for 4 people, big bathroom with WC and bathtub. Outside in the yard there is a play area for the children.
Clean towels and sheets are included in the price. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee and sugar. Smoking is forbidden. Pets are not aloud. Minimum 2 days of booking.
Discount for longer renting. Booking is completed, after the not refundable deposit of 30% is paid. Payment link will be send by email. Booking confirmation with address and key arrangements will come as an email. The balance pays at the arrival.
