This beautiful apartment is 50 meters far from the Sagrada Familia and 20 meters from the stop of underground of Sagrada Familia (direct line with Sants's Station and Paseo de Gracia). Lies close to two stops of subway of Paseo de Gracia and Ramblas or up to 15 minutes walking. Also there is a stop of bus in 100 m distance. If you like to mount in bicycle, the apartment includes two bicycles that you may use to come to the beach in ten minutes or to walk along the downtown.
It has 90 m2, 2 double rooms (1 suite), great lounge with totally equipped kitchen, two complete baths and two very sunny balconies.
In one of the rooms there is a double bed and in other one two sofa-beds.

The price from 1 to 2 persons is of 120.-€ in low season (140.-€ in high season) with an additional supplement of 20.-€ for person extra (25.-€ in high season).
There are discounts for stay of one week and of one month.
The form of payment is 20 % in the moment of the reservation by means of bank transfer and the rest in cash to the delivery of the keys. The deposit is 25 % of the total price and will return when you leave the apartment.
