This apartment is the ideal place where to stay if you are looking for a spacious and very good equipped apartment so you feel like you live there. This apartment is located close to the entry of Ortigia - historic center of Syracuse (Siracusa), in the South Est of Sicily (Sicilia) - close to the bridge that links Ortigia island to the rest of the city.
From this apartment you can easily walk to the bus station, the delightful open-air market, the "Marina", the Temple of Apollo and the Fountain of Aretusa, a famous tourist point, as well as the Duomo square, with its breathtaking baroque cathedral, the Archimede square with the Fountain of Diana and the many celebrated Greek, medieval, renaissance and baroque monuments of the historic center of Siracusa.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is about 70 m² and it is composed of a large and sunny living room with a double bed-sofa (160 x 200 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is in very good conditions (it was recently renovated), it is nicely furnished and fully equipped (satellite television, DVD, CD player, safe, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer,...). The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Very close to the apartment there are restaurants, pizzeria, burs, gelaterie, grocery markets, a self laundry and other facilities. The bus stop is 50 meters away and 150 meters away there is the open air market. A free car parking is available 200 meter away but usually you don't need it because in the street where the apartment is located it is possible to park the car.
