Our holiday apartment it's better than a B&B because you won't share the apartment with the owners. You'll have a private apartment only for you and you could have a self catered breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or you could have the breakfast in one of the bars in the neighborhood.

It is located in the historic center of Syracuse (Ortygia) in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 meters away. The market and the bus station are only 400 meters away. The historic center of Syracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 meters away!
The apartment is about 40 m², it's on the first floor and it's composed of a double bedroom, a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large terrace (40 m²) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent.
The holiday apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the neighborhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
