Looking for an apartment for a long term? WE can help you!

Just follow these simple steps:

Select an apartment on our site you would like to rent.
Make a booking request for 1 month or more.
Get 1 month discount (agreed with the owner).

An apartment owner would first have to confirm the availability. We would then require a 10% deposit of the whole booking amount in advance, the balance is payable on arrival. Owner contact information comes with a confirmation email after a deposit is paid.

We usually do not do viewings. However, our agency does want you to know that if you find an apartment to be different from the pictures on the site at the time of check-in, we would gladly refund a deposit and continue our assistance to you.

-period for rent (6, 12, etc. months)
-terms and conditions of rent
-any other information you think is important.
We will contact the owner of the apartment and get detailed information on possible deal.
