RESERVATION: To make a reservation you need to pay a not refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment shall be made in cash on arrival. Before making reservation please read the conditions for each property.
CONFIRMATION: As soon as host accepts reservation you will receive an email with the PayLink. After the payment is done booking confirmation by e-mail including full information about your host and accommodation will come. At the same time your host will receive all the information submitted by you. In case host declines reservation you receive an email, payment remains on your account. If host does not respond, system declines reservation.
MEETING: We strongly advise you to contact your host as soon as your reservation is confirmed to check the address and entrance door code for the apartment building. It is very important to arrange the meeting time to make sure that the host is waiting for you. If you can not arrive on time you must contact your host to be sure that they will wait for you. You may also wish to discuss directions and information concerning public transport.

INSURANCE: We advise you to take out full travel insurance.
CANCELLATION: Should it become necessary to cancel your booking, please contact accommodation provider. The service provider's terms and conditions apply. In case of cancellation deposit is not refundable.
