1. Can agency suggest me an apartment? Unfortunately agency does not hold the calendar. You need to choose apartment according to your wish, but you can send as many requests as possible and pay the one owner accepts. Please go to home page, choose city you wish and see all available apartments.
2. How can I get some more details about apartment? Please email us your questions, we will kindly ask owner to edit this information on the site as soon as possible. It usually takes 1 day for a host to make an update.
3. Can I get apartment contacts to discuss some questions? Apartment contacts will be sent to the guest with confirmation email after booking deposit payment is done. Unfortunately it is impossible to get in touch with host before.
4. How can I know if apartment is available? Each apartment has calendar on the profile, green days - apartment is available, you are welcome to make booking. If in some apartments you can not find calendar, please try to make booking request for, system will inform you if apartment is not available.
5. How can I see the total price of my booking? Please follow to apartment profile, edit arrival dates and number of guests, nights and press To Book. System will show you total price. Please observe it, this is your booking request, host still needs to accept it before you can pay the deposit.
6. I have tried to pay deposit, but received email with the subject DECLINE PAYMENT guest info. What should I do? Please as soon as possible write email to the 110apartments@gmail.com. Our administrators will take a look in your case and will solve it.
